A highly inclusive and forward-thinking SEN and SEMH school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting children and young people aged 5 to 16 who may have Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, trauma-related behaviours, or learning difficulties.
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work 1:1 or in small groups, providing structure, emotional support, and consistent behavioural guidance to help students access learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Salary: £89 - £100 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Age Group: Children aged 5 to 16Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting students to regulate behaviour and emotions
Implementing behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies
Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and therapists
