Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Change & Modernisation team on a full-time basis, reporting to the ERP Programme Manager for a 2 year Fixed Term Contract.
As the key coordinator for country-level project delivery within a European programme, this role ensures that local go-live plans align with overarching governance standards. The Project Manager will maintain robust project governance, including RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and steering documentation, to enable informed decision-making.
Working closely with the European Programme Manager, Project Managers, Workstream Leads, and the Country Market Lead, the role drives progress, manages change initiatives, and fosters a collaborative environment to achieve seamless implementation across multiple timelines.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
3. Project Planning & Execution:
4. Create, coordinate, and manage project plans for phased Dynamics 365 go-lives.
5. Ensure scope delivery aligns with the business case, within budget and on schedule.
6. Governance & Reporting:
7. Maintain project artefacts, including PID, risk/issue logs, steering updates, and status reports.
8. Facilitate governance forums and manage go/no-go decision gates with stakeholders.
9. Resource & Stakeholder Management:
10. Lead cross-functional workstreams, ensuring resource capacity and capability align with project needs.
11. Establish strong relationships with Programme Managers, business sponsors, and technical leads.
12. Change & Communication Planning:
13. Collaborate with the Change & Comms Leads to execute a communication and change management plan to support adoption.
14. Engage key stakeholders to provide project awareness and facilitate smooth transitions.
15. Cutover & Go-Live Planning:
16. Collaborate with the Cutover Lead to define and produce the detailed cutover plans.
17. Collaborating with the Market Lead to ensure business readiness and minimal disruption during go-live phases.
18. Risk & Issue Management:
19. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery timelines and budgets.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience delivering business change projects in ERP transformations using agile/waterfall methodologies, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to break down complex tasks into clear, actionable steps and have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on business engagement. You will also have change management experience and knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles/ experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations or similar ERP/CRM capabilities.
