Management Accountant (Italian Speaking)
Location: Oxfordshire – Hybrid (3 days minimum in-office)
Salary: £37,000 per annum

About the Job
A key role within the finance function, this position is responsible for providing accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting across a portfolio of managed properties. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll support financial insight and analysis for internal stakeholders and external investors.
Duties will include:
1. Ownership of the month-end close process and production of management accounts
2. Preparation of property-level profit and loss reports with analytical commentary
3. Completion of detailed balance sheet reconciliations
4. Liaison with transactional teams, finance business partners and operations
5. Support for operational teams to enhance financial understanding
6. Responding to investor queries and assisting with external audit processes
7. Providing financial analysis to support performance reviews
About the Successful Applicant
You will be a fluent Italian speaker and part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or qualified AAT, with at least two years’ experience in a finance team. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and confidence working across teams. Experience within a multi-site, multinational organisation and knowledge of Italian statutory accounting would be advantageous.
