The 40 bedroom hotel enjoys a fantastic reputation for the quality of its food and warm hospitality.
The successful candidate will have excellent experience in a similar role as well as good communication skills and man management as well as a positive attitude.
The salary for the Sous Chef is up to £37,000 per annum basic plus tips.
