Brightwork's client is currently recruiting an Engineering Manager who will lead a high-performing team of Electrical and Mechanical engineers. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the engineering team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA, and other departments to define technical requirements and drive product development.
Set clear goals and deliverables and regularly report progress to senior leadership.
Maintain high standards of engineering practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
Participate in architectural decisions and guide the team on technical challenges.
Support hiring efforts and help build a diverse and talented team.
