Location: Landmark House, Ipswich IP1 5PF (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office, based at Beacon House, Ipswich)
Pay Rate: £35-40 PH

Key Responsibilities:
Undertake Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) assessments.
Hold a caseload of CIN and CP cases, ensuring children and families receive appropriate support.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to safeguard children and promote their well-being.
Provide detailed reports and updates on case progress, ensuring compliance with statutory and procedural requirements.
Develop and implement care plans and interventions tailored to meet the needs of children and families.
Contribute to the ongoing development of service delivery, best practices, and safeguarding policies.Essential Criteria:
Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
HCPC registration as a qualified social worker.
Significant experience in managing Children in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.
Strong understanding of child safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed reports.
Experience working in a multi-agency environment is essential.What We Offer:
