Key Responsibilities
* Staff Management:Hiring, training, and managing beauty specialists, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Creating and managing staff work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage.
Motivating staff and fostering a positive work environment.
* Operational Management:Overseeing the daily operations of the salon, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and maintained properly.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the salon premises.
Managing inventory and ordering new supplies as needed.
* Customer Service & Marketing:Providing professional consultations and advice to clients on beauty treatments and products.
Handling customer complaints and resolving them effectively.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote the salon.
Managing customer records and implementing customer loyalty programs.
* Financial & Business Management:Monitoring and managing the salon's finances, including cash flow and expenditure.
Collaborating with suppliers to manage product costs and receive new product information.Creating reports on salon operations and contributing to the business's financial plans.
