The Small Works Delivery Co-Ordinator will manage and coordinate small-scale projects within the Fire Systems sector. This role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure successful project delivery. Client Details They specialise in designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining a wide range of fire safety and security systems, including automatic fire detection, fire suppression, emergency lighting, extinguishers, and integrated security solutions such as CCTV and access control. Their engineers operate nationwide with 24/7 availability, providing planned preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and emergency call-out support to ensure ongoing compliance, reliability, and protection of people and property Description Install, commission, and service fire alarm systems and associated products.Carry out maintenance, diagnostic repairs, and reactive or preventative servicing on a range of fire alarm systems. Test, inspect, and modify existing fire alarm systems to ensure full functionality and compliance.Conduct fault finding and complete repairs efficiently to minimise system downtime.Prepare and adhere to risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for safe working practices. Ensure accurate inspection records and documentation are completed and maintained. Advise on fire risks, safety systems, and Work with construction professionals, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective fire safety system integration.Assist in the design or installation of fire detection and suppression systems to reduce risk and support safety strategies. emergency procedures, offering technical guidance where required. Stay up to date with fire regulations, product developments, and industry standards such as BS 5839.
