We are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools from September 2025. Whether you're looking for day-to-day flexibility, short-term assignments, or longer-term placements, we have roles to suit your availability and career goals.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise lessons during teacher's absences using pre-set work.
* Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and conduct.
* Support the wider school team with general duties as required.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum of 40 days classroom experience in UK schools.
* Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, coaching).
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A flexible, proactive, and professional approach.
* A genuine interest in education and student development.
