We have an exciting new vacancy for a Night Supervisor to join our team at Britannia Hotel in Birmingham. The Britannia Hotel Birmingham is a 214 bedroom-hotel which is ideally situated in the heart of the city and offers amazing transport links with all major train stations being within a few minutes walk.

Your duties will include:
Manage the nights team in the absence of the nights manager.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ensure the team are aware of the business and events within the hotel.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
Be responsible for regular security walks and floor checks.
Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Ensure an accurate handover is provided for the next team on duty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, particularly in a supervisory role within hotels. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that standards are upheld. Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
