Due to a number of exciting change and transformational activities across the Rolls-Royce business we are now seeking to add a number of Systems Design Integration Engineers. The Control Systems Engineer will be based in Derby 3 days per week, with 2 days spent remote working. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to control systems integration and definition design. Develop and validate systems requirements using DOORS and model based tools. Apply MBDesign principles using tools like Simulink, MathWorks Suite, and Speed goat. Ensure compliance withARP4754A,ARP4761, andDO178Cstandards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on electronics/electrical integration. Engage in customer-facing activities, including technical discussions with Airbus. Support early prototyping, sensing systems, andhealth monitoring. Maintain accountability for assigned work packages. Contribute to futurecivil aerospace programs witha focus on innovation and safety.
