Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and friendly reception service to all The Whitehaven Academy, responsible for signing in visitors, answering telephone calls and face‑to‑face enquiries from parents, carers, staff and the wider community.
* Provide administrative support for the school office.
* Be responsible for ensuring the main reception area is presentable, clean and tidy.
