Salary: 18,955 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 34 hours per week
Rota: Monday & Tuesday: 8:15am 4:00pm | Wednesday & Thursday: 8:15am 3:30pm | Friday: 8:15am 2:45pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only

As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants to join our close-knit team at Bramfield House School located in Suffolk.
About the Role
This isnt just classroom support its life-changing work. Youll help students build confidence, self-esteem, and the skills they need to thrive. Working alongside dedicated teaching staff, youll create a calm, inclusive, and purposeful learning environment. Whether supporting students one-to-one, in small groups, or assisting with classroom prep, your contribution will matter every day.
Your role will involve:
* Assisting teachers in delivering the curriculum tailored to each pupils learning needs.
* Supporting pupils to develop independence and confidence both academically and socially.
* Providing specialist SEN or subject-specific support to help pupils reach their potential.
* Promoting positive behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement in learning.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues across education and care to provide a consistent, nurturing environment.
This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about helping young people thrive and making a meaningful difference in their school experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils within the classroom and during transitions, breaks, and lunch times.
* Deliver one-to-one or small group interventions as required.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding pupils progress, wellbeing, and needs.
