Role Purpose
We’re looking for a proactive and influential HR Advisor to support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and beyond, focusing on driving high performance and building an engaging workplace.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Partner with managers to embed a high‑performance culture through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
* Handle employee relations cases with confidence and professionalism.
* Drive engagement initiatives that make work meaningful and rewarding.
* Contribute to HR projects and use data insights to improve processes and influence decisions.
* Manage benefits administration with brokers and third‑party providers.
* Lead on the promotion of our benefits offering to drive awareness, strong engagement levels and align with our overall well‑being strategy.
* Maintain and optimise our HR system to ensure high data quality and a streamlined employee experience.
* Utilise people data to identify key trends or challenges to support proactive initiatives to drive high performance and enhanced employee well‑being.
General Skills
* Previous experience at HR Advisor level involving handling ER cases through formal stages.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Pro‑active and solutions‑focused mindset and passion for creating a great employee experience.
