The Role
As Director of Sales, you will lead all commercial activity for the hotel, focusing on meetings, events, corporate accounts, and leisure groups. You’ll take the lead on strategy, revenue growth, and relationship-building, working closely with departments across the business to ensure success.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Driving revenue across key business segments
* Winning new business and nurturing long-standing client relationships
* Leading proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations
* Collaborating with the Events, Revenue, and Operations teams
* Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums
* Coaching and developing the sales team
* Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly
