The Role Lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Inspire, manage, and support the kitchen brigade through inclusive leadership
Create, develop, and evolve menus with a focus on quality and consistency
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
Work in close partnership with the General Manager and owner
Deliver consistently high standards that meet and exceed guest expectations
Essential Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Head Chef in a professional kitchen environment
Background in a rosette-level or comparable quality-driven operation
Strong leadership experience managing and developing kitchen teams
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Collaborative approach with strong communication skills
Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities
