You’ll define and own the enterprise IT portfolio governance strategy, framework, and operating model, leading multi‑year technology investment planning and annual capital budgeting processes.

The following skills / experience is essential:
* COO IT or Finance Technology background.
* Strong track record in a matric‑managed global Financial Services firm.
