Were seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Few Projects in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have:
: Carpenter/shuttering joiner experience
: Proven experience managing construction sites
: Strong background in site management
: SMSTS certification (or equivalent)
: CSCS Manager card
: Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Key responsibilities:
: Willing to jump on tools and help when needed to speed up things
: Primarly based : refurb and fit outs of medical centres
: Manager site from start to end of project
: Reporting back to higher managers
