The CTD Product, Support & Applications Manager, owns both the strategic and hands-on aspects of our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio, ensuring every commercial opportunity is backed by commercial, technical, and customer-facing support for our Control Techniques Dynamics portfolio. The CTD Product, Support & Applications Manager will be supporting Segment and regional drive centres on commercial products and support management. This role will be crucial to provide day-to-day support for commercial activities necessary to the segments and regional drive centers to ensure greater customer acquisition, retention, and experience. This role is pivotal to bridge product management, engineering, and regional drive centres to deliver exceptional application expertise, resolve commercial and technical challenges, and drive product adoption. Proven experience in Servo Motor Product Management Proven track record in business development in Servo Motors/Gear and Motion Control Product, application and market knowledge within automation. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships at all levels.
