Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

About the Role
* Qualified HLTA (or equivalent Level 4) working across Key Stage 1 & 2.
* Deliver support for whole classes, small groups and 1:1 interventions.
* Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation and assessments.
* Support pupils with SEND through structured intervention programmes.
* Supervise breaktimes, outdoor/play activities and transitions.
You'll bring
* HLTA qualification.
* Proven track record working in KS1/KS2 classrooms supporting curriculum delivery.
* Strong communication skills and positive classroom presence.
* Experience with SEND support strategies and intervention delivery.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
