Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of integrations as an IS Service Line Architect (SLA) with a digital orientation to modern ITSM tools and End-to-End Service Management delivery.
* Act as the offering specialist for DXC Platform X™, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Service Integration & Management (SIAM), and ITSM Tool Integrations within a pursuit.
* Provide solutioning and technical sales support to ensure responses integrate with the overall solution and manage all deliverables pertaining to your solution, including:
o Solution quality
o Solution delivery feasibility
o Risk mitigation
o Cost Financials
* Collaborate with UK clients, pursuit teams and leadership to define and deliver complex customer solutions spanning DXC Offerings and Capabilities using DXC Platform X™.
* Demonstrate experience in building and deploying End-to-End Enterprise Service Management solutions at large scale and identify business opportunities to drive profitable success.
* Develop strong working relationships and partnerships to enable success in the role.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
* Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support for selected customer opportunities. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
* Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential clients.
* Provide consultative support to other Solution Architects/Leaders and deal teams.
* Mentor other Service Line Architects in the assigned opportunities. Exhibit leadership and be viewed as a leader by senior management, peers, partners, customers and the company.
* Gather product requirements from field and customer and submit findings to portfolio/practice to drive refinement of solutions and offerings.
* Drive add-on sales and business opportunities during the entire process to contribute to increased sales volumes.
Qualifications
Technical Skills, Experience, and Education
* Education - Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or equivalent
* Extensive years of systems integration experience
* Several years of solution architect experience
* Extensive expertise in leading customer discussions, requirements and needs analysis (financial drivers, impacts, and restrictions) and creating technical solutions
* Excellent communication and relational skills – able to form a trusted advisor relationship with a customer, listen and guide a technical discussion, and clearly articulate complex topics
* Proven track record with IT customers
* Extensive knowledge and experience with modern ITSM tools, ITIL and API technologies, solutions, and architectures
* Experience in the integration and proposal of 3rd party suppliers/products, and the ability to work with and manage customized solutions and products
Expertise In
* Digital solutions across enterprises
* ITSM Tooling Software (especially ServiceNow or similar leading industry products)
* Enterprise Service Management solutions
* Service Integrations using API based policies
* ITIL 4
* UK Public Sector deals
Familiarity With
* AI(Ops), Intelligent Automation, Lean and Analytics
* Tooling for Discovery, Monitoring and Patching
* Data lakes
* Modern Catalog Management
* ServiceNow, SMAX or Remedy is a plus
UK Security Clearance: At least SC
