In this role, you’ll work closely with the PA to the Executive Principal to manage website content, grow our social media channels, and create cool digital publications and artwork. This is your chance to learn on the job, develop valuable skills, and see the impact of your work while helping the Trust reach more people and share its story. Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility. Support the growth of the Trust’s social media channels through engaging posts and regular updates. Create and publish engaging digital publications, newsletters, and artwork. Assist in maintaining the Trust’s digital presence and reputation across online platforms. Work closely with the PA to the Executive Principal to align digital content with Trust objectives. Monitor and report on digital engagement and audience reach. Contribute ideas for improving online visibility and enhancing digital communications. Assist in designing promotional materials for events, campaigns, and Trust initiatives. Ensure all digital content is consistent with the Trust’s brand identity and values. Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to support ongoing improvements. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
