Salary: £30,000+ (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

🚀 What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a warm desk with existing clients and candidates
Building strong relationships with schools and educators across the region
Matching the right people to the right roles (from daily supply to permanent placements)
Visiting schools and really getting to know what they need
Creating job adverts and using online tools to attract top talent
Working to targets - but with full support and realistic expectations
Celebrating success with your team (we like cake, prosecco, and the odd ping pong challenge)
💼 What We're Looking For:
A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
Resilient, positive attitude - recruitment is rewarding but fast-paced
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Ambition to grow your desk (and your earnings)
Experience in recruitment, education, or sales is a bonus - but not essential
Full UK driving licence preferred (school visits happen often!)
