Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator to work closely with the founders of a fast-growing group of businesses. This is a hands-on, ground-up role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what performs before it goes viral, and is excited by the opportunity to shape and scale a brand's content presence.
You will be responsible for daily filming, same-day content delivery, and helping to build a structured media bank of high-performing content across multiple platforms. While the initial focus will be TikTok and LinkedIn, we plan to expand into YouTube and long-form content in the near future.
This role has a clear progression path into Head of Creative, overseeing content strategy, production, and social media management across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Filming
* Film short-form content daily, often on location (driving required)
* Capture engaging, authentic content for founders and brands
* Confidently direct and assist on-camera talent where needed
* Deliver edited content same day for posting
Editing & Publishing
* Edit short-form videos optimised for TikTok and LinkedIn
* Add captions, hooks, text overlays, trending audio, and basic graphics
* Adapt content across platforms where appropriate
* Support the development of long-form content (YouTube, podcasts, etc.)
Trend & Platform Awareness
* Stay ahead of viral trends, formats, and audio
* Understand what performs on TikTok vs LinkedIn and why
* Proactively pitch content ideas aligned with trends and brand goals
Strategy & Brand Building
* Work closely with founders to understand the vision and bigger picture
* Help shape the brand voice, style, and creative direction
* Build and maintain a structured content/media bank
* Contribute ideas for campaigns, series, and scalable formats
Growth & Expansion
* Support future expansion into YouTube and long-form platforms
* Assist with content for multiple businesses as the group grows
* Opportunity to progress into a leadership role overseeing creative output
Required Experience & Skills
Essential
* Strong understanding of TikTok and LinkedIn content
* Confident filming on mobile and/or camera
* Comfortable filming daily and working to fast turnaround times
* Experience managing or scheduling social media accounts
* Understanding of analytics and content performance tracking
* Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, or fast-growing businesses
* Strong eye for trends, storytelling, and visual composition
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (remote locations)
Technical Skills
* Short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
* Basic graphic overlays, captions, and formatting for social platforms
* Understanding of hooks, retention, and engagement metrics
Nice to Haves (Not Essential)
* Experience with YouTube or long-form content
* Proven experience growing personal or business brands on social media
* Experience with paid ads, boosted posts, or paid outreach
* Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

Salary & Progression
* £1,500 – £2,000 per month initially
* Pay will increase as the business grows, inbound leads increase, and responsibilities expand
* Clear progression toward Head of Creative, overseeing content and social media for multiple brands
