The Role: Due to continued growth, Jones Whyte are looking to recruit an efficient and organised Legal Secretary to join our busy Immigration team. You will work specifically within the Immigration department and will support other Legal Secretaries during any absence or holidays. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to fee earners, audio typing, drafting court documentation, as well as proof reading and formatting documents. You will also be responsible for taking and making calls on behalf of the fee earners, relaying accurate and speedy correspondence as well as always ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Previous secretarial experience is essential with Immigration experience desirable. Our Immigration department is made up of an Associate, Senior Solicitor, Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor. There is a dedicated Legal Support team who handle the mail.
