We currently have an opportunity for a Administrator Commercial Assurance (Procurement Support Administrator) to come in and help not just the Procurement team, but our wider business, do the best work they can. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As a procurement Support Administrator, you will be a key member of the team to ensure that we are performing at our very best and our customers are receiving a great service!
You will be providing support to the team by initially serving the needs of internal customers, completing administrative tasks and working with the wider commercial team to ensure administrative tasks are completed.
Are you someone with a strong, proven experience of dealing with customers and providing exceptional customer experience, while having an eye for details and the ability to prioritise your daily workload?
Some of your other key accountabilities will include:
* Monitoring inboxes and action requests accordingly.
* Support in the annual CIPs membership renewals for the Procurement and Contract Management teams.
* Own and complete the off-site document storage process as and when required.
* Demonstrating and building procurement SAP Systemsexpertise.
* Maintain supplier records within our system.
* Support in the administration of the self-bill process and monitor compliance.
* Support the administration of framework agreements.
* Ability to liaise effectively with a large number of people from variety of business areas.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
To be considered for this role you’ll have experience of IT, Procurement Systems/SAP or equivalent, process management, general administration activity & query resolution. Having strong Stakeholder management skills would be beneficial. We would like the successful candidate to think outside the box and deliver a faster and better service.
