What You'll Do
* Store Manager in Kendal Manage the Branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The role can be hot in summer and cold in winter. Take real pride in leading and motivating a team to achieve great results.
* Day-to-day
o Delivering great service: Ensure your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service.
o Mucking in: Help the team get the job done. Check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves, clean the branch and put orders together.
o Inspiring: Encourage a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
o Asking questions and building relationships: Support your team’s development, support future business growth and succession. Ensure customers leave with everything they need.
o Leading: Coach, motivate and engage your team from the front, creating a great place to work where engagement is key.
o Building a fun working environment: Maintain great product availability and high branch standards while making your branch a place everyone loves coming to work.
