What You’ll Be Doing
This is where you make your mark – leading, supporting, and delivering great experiences every shift.
• Taking ownership of your area and making every shift run smoothly
• Creating brilliant guest experiences through pace, care, and consistency
• Working closely with your team to deliver high standards every day
• Supporting, coaching, and developing those around you
• Being hands-on and leading from the front when needed
• Keeping standards high across service, food, or operations (role dependent)
• Helping build a positive, motivated team culture
• Using feedback and insight to keep improving what we do
• Playing your part in driving performance, sales, or efficiency (role dependent)
