The Role
We’re looking for an organised, energetic, and creative Events Manager to help bring the company brand to life through a growing calendar of events and activations. From external auctions and valuation days to press launches, awards dinners, golf days, sporting events, and internal offsites, you’ll play a central role in planning, coordinating, and delivering memorable experiences.
Alongside event management, you’ll also support our marketing and PR activity, working closely with our external and internal marketing resources, helping to generate content, and ensuring our events reach the right audiences.
This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for sport, an eye for detail, and a talent for making things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Event Management
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of events, including:
* External auctions and valuation days
* Press launches, awards dinners, and corporate hospitality events
* Sporting experiences such as golf days and World Cup launches
* Internal offsites and company social events
* As the business grows more and more, we know there will be more events and part of the role will be creating and developing events to help support this growth and building brand awareness.
* Manage all event logistics, from venue sourcing and supplier coordination to guest communications, catering, and on-the-day delivery.
* Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring strong cost control and value.
* Work closely with auction, marketing, and operations teams to ensure each event supports wider business goals.
* Deliver events that reflect the premium quality and personality of the brand.
Marketing & PR Support
* Support the Marketing & Technology Director in developing and executing the annual marketing and events calendar.
* Liaise with our PR agency on media outreach, press materials, and coverage.
* Assist with marketing campaigns promoting events and results across social media, email, and digital channels.
* Help create engaging event content, photos, videos, stories, for use across all business platforms.
* Support sponsorship, partnership, and sporting collaboration initiatives.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Build strong relationships with venues, suppliers, partners, and sponsors.
* Represent the company professionally at all events, acting as the on-site point of contact.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Evaluate event performance through attendee feedback and measurable outcomes.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the guest experience.
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in events management, ideally in a premium, lifestyle, or sports-related environment.
* Strong project management and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* A hands-on problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* A genuine passion for sport and an understanding of how it engages audiences.
* A collaborative team player who brings creativity and energy to every project
