We are urgently seeking an exceptional Project Manager (or Senior PM) to own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact events for a major, prestigious Automotive client.
This is a critical, hands-on role requiring proven logistical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of events including:
* Product Launches
* Experiential Campaigns
* Sales Conferences & Incentives
* Reward Events
Note: The ideal candidate must be local to the client's office and comfortable working 4 days a week in the Northamptonshire location to ensure seamless team collaboration and inventory management.

* Location: Corby, Northamptonshire area.
* Work Mode: This is a primarily office-based role, requiring 4 days a week in the office due to close team collaboration, inventory oversight, and client proximity.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the UK are essential.
🔑 Your Focus: Fast-Paced Delivery & Automotive Events
* Automotive Exposure (Desirable): Direct experience delivering events within the automotive sector (or a similar regulated/high-profile industry) is highly desirable, but not essential if you have the core event expertise.
* Diverse Portfolio: Own the full project lifecycle for major events, including complex experiential activations, large outdoor events, and key internal sales conferences.
* End-to-End Ownership: Manage budgets typically up to $£100,000$, working autonomously to deliver projects from brief to reconciliation, supporting the Account Director on pitches.
* Logistics Mastery: A hands-on role managing suppliers (venues, caterers) and overseeing the practical logistics of event assets/stock deployment.

* Financial Acumen: Expertise in budget management (up to £100,000 or similar complexity), including tight financial tracking and supplier negotiation.
* Project Leadership: The ability to work autonomously, take complete ownership, and report effectively into a senior lead (Account Director).
* Team & Location Commitment: A natural team player who is comfortable with a strong office presence (4 days/week) in the Northamptonshire location.

* Work autonomously to manage multiple projects end-to-end (experiential, conferences, outdoor activations).
* Take full responsibility for supplier relationships, negotiation, and contract management.
* Oversee the practical logistics of event execution, coordinating agency stock and physical assets.
* Maintain strict budget control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
