Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a successful business based in Chessington, who are looking for a new Sales Administrator to join their team. Working as part of a busy team, this role is very varied and will encompass customer service, order processing, administration, and providing support to the Sales team. Day to day responsibilities will include: Processing customer orders and handling queries over the phone and via email Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered with every customer interaction Generating quotations Maintaining accurate customer records Providing a range of administrative support to the external Sales team To be considered for this role, you will need the following: Previous experience in an administrative role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to respond to customer emails in a professional manner Accuracy and attention to detail Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines A competitive salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits and onsite parking is on offer.
