As we expand our education portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic Clinical Educator/Trainer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and delivery of high-quality educational programs.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
3. Collaborate with clients in the development of tailored education programs.
4. Participate in the evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of educational programs delivered.
Essential Criteria:
1. Registered Paramedic, Registered Nurse, either Adult or Mental Health.
2. Minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification, or willingness to obtain.
3. At least 10 years of experience in clinical or teaching practice.
4. Demonstrable experience supporting patients with mental health needs.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Willingness and ability to travel to deliver courses.
8. Clean driving licence.
What We Offer:
1. Salary £37,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience and qualifications.
