Commutable from Reading, Newbury, Pangbourne, Goring and Didcot – As a Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the processing of customer orders, working closely with both operations and production to guarantee a seamless, first-class experience from farm to fork.

Responsibilities:
* Review and process customer orders using the ordering and fulfilment systems.
* Ensure all orders are accurate and ready for timely dispatch.
* Work closely with drivers to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
* Develop proficiency in product recognition and ensure orders are correctly packed and prepared.
* Create a culture of accuracy and compliance across the despatch process.
* Always adhere to company policies and food manufacturing regulations.
* Prioritise customer satisfaction by ensuring that order fulfilment meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Experience with Butchery is very beneficial for this role.
* Level 3 Qualification in Food Manufacturing or Food & Hygiene.
* Experience of operating an end-to-end production process for wholesale food.
