We’re looking for a Curriculum Planning Coordinator to work within our MIS Team here at East Coast College, and this role can certainly fulfil the above. Working as part of the MIS Team, you will play an invaluable part of the “behind the scenes” operations within the college, enabling us to continue to deliver quality driven learning and education. As the main point of contact between Curriculum areas and the MIS Data team, your ability to build relationships and manage communication with staff will be paramount in supporting with and ensuring compliance around funding, data accuracy, and meeting deadlines. Understanding department needs, you will consult on workable timetabling and solutions to ensure that funding needs are met. Key needs from you and the role: Coordinating data – inc. learning hours, learner numbers, qualifications, and start/end dates Regular reporting to Management – Nimble use of Excel required!
