The role involves managing your own caseload of clinical negligence files, progressing claims from instruction through to resolution. The Candidate
* Solicitor with 0-5 years’ post qualification experience or equivalent
* Experience and interest in clinical negligence law
* Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
