Security Pre-Sales & Delivery Specialist Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 (DOE) 20%–40% performance-based bonus Location: Travel required to London & client-site We’re seeking a versatile and experienced Pre-Sales & Delivery Specialist to join a high-performing team delivering strategic security solutions to clients in highly regulated environments. This isn’t a role for someone just looking to sell products — we’re looking for a consultative expert who can sell, deliver, and embed themselves in complex, multi-layered client engagements. What You’ll Do Act as a trusted advisor across the full sales and delivery lifecycle: from developing client relationships to co-creating, pitching, and delivering security-focused consulting services. Sell and deliver managed security services and consulting work, including audits, strategic risk assessments, and modern SOC/SIEM implementations. Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including consulting, architecture, and delivery teams, to shape and win profitable, cross-domain solutions. Take a hands-on approach in project delivery - this role is deeply embedded in execution, not just presales. Present engaging demos and technical proofs of concept that resonate with executive-level decision-makers. Build relationships with key alliance partners to jointly develop customer solutions. What You Bring A deep and broad knowledge of cybersecurity services and products, with experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government). Demonstrated success in consultative selling—especially around managed services, risk, compliance, operational resilience, and related security domains. A proven track record in shaping and delivering complex technology programs, not just in sales but also through implementation and post-sales support. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop client roadmaps and align services to tangible business outcomes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging C-level executives. Bonus if You Have: 5 years in a similar role selling and delivering technical services across industries. Recognition or certification in areas like vulnerability management, DORA, NIST, XOAR SOC, or similar. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field. This is more than a sales role - it’s an opportunity to influence, deliver and grow. If you’re ready to step into a senior role where your impact is felt across both business development and project execution, apply now.
