Overview
Regional Marketing Specialist to £45k
To support and develop RTC marketing activities in accordance with our objectives to maximise RTC profile and images to internal & external audiences. Key focus on day-to-day implementation of marketing activities to support both Sales and Aftersales markets. Ideally suited to candidates with HND level marketing qualifications with both practical experience and a self starter. There will some travel, therefore a full UK driver's licence is required.

Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities:
1. Coordinate with RTUK Marketing team to ensure RTC comply with the corporate Brand guidelines
2. Analysis and reporting of all RTC marketing activities
3. Contribution to appropriate marketing plans in respect of; Digital & Printed advertising, Events/Exhibitions, Tactical Marketing, Relationship Marketing, DOT Mailer Marketing, PoS material, Web Site maintenance, Social media and Internal Communications.
4. Proactively work with Sales Support & CRM Manager RTC and RTUK to ensure accurate Customer Management database to drive and deliver effective marketing strategy.
5. Support HR resource with employee engagement and Employee Forum workshops
6. Support with Market research to maximise profitability of Marketing Campaigns and Events
7. Provide PR and Social Media leads / support to Central Marketing Team
8. Co-ordination with RTC staff of the construction and issuing of RTC monthly newsletter.
9. Work in accordance with Renault Truck UK standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care.
10. Support RTC head office functions.
11. Ensure that RTC and all marketing strategies are GDPR compliant.
Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
12. Qualification in Marketing (BTech, HND, HNC) preferable
13. Understanding and appreciation of key marketing principles.
14. Demonstrate Internal and External Marketing Communication skills.
Key Skills / Competencies:
15. Excellent social media strengths - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram for example
16. Experience of Project / Event management
17. Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
18. Experience of digital marketing
19. Great attention to detail with good presentation and interpersonal skills
20. Good initiative, curiosity and a passion to learn
Additional important requirements:
21. Excellent written English Language strengths
22. Good Microsoft Office proficiency.
23. Power Point proficiency
24. Full UK Driver's Licence
25. Occasional travel within Renault Trucks Commercial sites where required, occasional nights away, some foreign travel may be required.
