We're on the hunt for a Helpdesk Administrator for one of our long‑standing clients who's got a passion for facilities management, and a natural flair for all things customer service related. What You'll Be Doing
* Answering calls and helping people with their queries like a pro.
* Logging helpdesk requests and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
* Coordinating engineers and contractors to get things fixed fast.
* Keeping clients in the loop and making sure they're smiling.
* Creating reports, quotes, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
* Using your initiative to solve problems and escalating when needed.
What You Bring to the Table
* Experience in a facilities or FM helpdesk role (you’ve done this before and you’re good at it!).
* Top‑notch communication skills—written and spoken.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and Teams.
* A team player who can also fly solo when needed.
* A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a love for helping others.
