We are seeking a competent engineer to join a market leader in sustainable motoring solutions. As a support engineer, you'll work as part of the central service team to maintain facility equipment, ensuring maximum uptime in production. You will also provide technical and applications support to customers both over the phone and at customer sites.

Full systems training will be provided. You must be proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems & Applications, and a basic understanding of networking principles is advantageous.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Error tracking, analysis, correction, log file analysis, system analysis, hotfix testing, incident reception, communication issues, operator failures, and miscellaneous incidents.
* Assist with on-site support of all company products, including customer training, product installation, issue resolution, and programming support.
* Communicate with off-site software support, coordinate with customers, and implement feedback from support teams.
* Collaborate with project management, engineering, and sales to respond to customer requests appropriately.
* Perform problem-solving on all network installations.
* Support critical customers and projects as part of the applications engineering team.
* Diagnose and rectify problematic or inefficient performance of company products.
* Take ownership of customer problems and coordinate with the service team to resolve issues.
* Support sales activities by developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
This role may require supporting company projects at other manufacturing plants based on business needs.
