What You'll Do:
As our Dual-Site Salon Manager, you'll be instrumental in the success of both salons. Your leadership will guide talented teams of hair stylists, front-of-house receptionists, and support staff to deliver a seamless client experience. You'll manage day-to-day operations, hit salon targets, and maintain a high standard of excellence at both locations.
We are open to Stylist Managers and Front of House Managers for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire teams of stylists, receptionists, and support staff across Nottingham and Leicester.
* Ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience, from their first step in to their last step out.
* Meet and exceed salon goals, including revenue targets and budget management for both locations.
* Create staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations across the two salons.
* Recruit, train, and develop your teams with support from our head office.
* Maintain clean, organized, and professional salon environments.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with support from our Customer Success Manager.
* Regular travel between both salon locations to maintain strong team presence and operational efficiency.
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or a leadership role in the hair, beauty, or retail sector.
Strong leadership and management abilities with a passion for developing your team.
A flair for customer service and communication with a positive, professional attitude.
Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A team player who thrives in a supportive, high-energy setting.
Flexibility to travel regularly between Nottingham and Leicester locations.
Up to £35k/year OTE (unlimited commission for Stylist Managers, incentives & bonuses)
