Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Work in environments including adverse conditions such as cold, snow, rain, or heat.
* Interact and communicate with customers via telephone, email, and/or in person in a polite and courteous manner.
* Provide excellent customer service, representing a professional image regarding pick-up and delivery issues.
* Direct emergency vehicles and communicate effectively during emergencies when necessary.
* Complete a daily shift log and pass down information at the end of each shift to Security Guard.
* Perform trailer security exit checklist with Carrier Driver and document electronically with the Bill of Lading (BOL).
* Submit Quality Issue notifications to the Quality Department.
* Record customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken neatly and legibly in the daily shift log.
* Document and perform data entry for trailer moves.
* Maintain inventory and location records of finished goods and trailers as needed.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
* Register visitors and direct them to entry points.
* Answer internal and external calls.
* Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Read and interpret documents and instructions.
* Perform and complete Vehicle Daily Inspection checklist on assigned vehicle.
* Perform all tasks safely, efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies.
* Contribute to team effort to produce a quality product.
* Maintain regular and timely attendance, including overtime as needed.
* Ensure the safety of others near moving vehicles.
* Maintain key and equipment lists.
* Perform additional duties such as filing, records retention, copying, scanning, and paperwork distribution.
* Follow company policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Work Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.

Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma, GED, or technical school education, with at least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
* Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
o Safe driving skills and a good driving record.
o Fluency in English.
o Ability to work independently.
o Organizational and prioritization skills.
o Ability to operate two-way and emergency radio systems.
