Where will you fit in? You will support our Communications and Engagement Advisor to deliver activity across our region. You will help to shape our incident communications response, ensuring customers can rely on us when things dont quite go to plan. You will also work with our events agencies and the wider comms team to deliver our program of community events. You will be out and about in the community representing the business and connecting with our customers. Your primary focus will be talking to customers about our key communications campaigns (such as asking customers to save water or educating them on what shouldnt be flushed down the loo). You will work closely with our in-house studio to ensure were maximising all marketing opportunities and work closely with other colleagues in the brand and communications team to ensure our company narrative is consistent across all communications channels. What skills & qualifications are we looking for?
