We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Secretary/Transcriptionist to support the Falkirk Integrated Community Mental Health Service – Adult Mental Health.
You should be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently using initiative, and as part of a team. Experience with electronic systems, prioritising tasks, and working within deadlines is essential. Previous healthcare experience, including fast accurate audio typing (digital dictation), IT skills, knowledge of medical terminology/clinic management, and HNC or equivalent, is required.
The successful candidate will be required to work across various locations within Forth Valley as needed.
