About the Role As a People Success Partner II, you’ll play a key role within our People Success UK & Europe team, supporting a designated Business Unit in the UK. This is an HR Generalist opportunity with a strong focus on managing employee relations cases, where you’ll collaborate with talented colleagues and leaders to drive positive change and foster an engaging workplace culture. You can be based in any of our main UK hub offices—London, Manchester, or Gateshead—and will spend two days each week working onsite. What You’ll Do Employee Relations Lead and manage a range of employee relations matters, including disputes, grievances, performance management, compliance issues, disciplinary actions, and absence management. Coach and support managers and employees throughout these processes, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Partner with senior People Success leaders to proactively engage with business leaders, providing training and guidance to prevent ER issues and identify early warning signs. Collaborate with internal legal teams to maintain and update regional policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes and best practices. Advise employees and managers on company policies and procedures, including support through family leave, flexible working requests, and related matters. Culture & Engagement Drive engagement across your business area, supporting action planning and interventions to strengthen our culture. Champion Worldpay’s values, acting as a change agent and culture ambassador. Compensation Utilize compensation tools to coach and train managers, ensuring they understand and apply our compensation philosophy and policies. Provide insights and support for broader pay reviews in partnership with senior People Success colleagues. Learning & Development Ensure managers and employees are aware of available L&D resources, supporting the identification of learning needs and development opportunities.
