Overview of role
EssenceMediacom (EM) handles media planning and buying for some of the world's smartest advertisers. Supported by consumer insight, analysis, and experience, we are part of the largest media planning and buying network worldwide.
We are seeking an OOH Manager with exceptional implementation planning ability, a strong understanding of OOH’s role in marketing campaigns, and experience working within multimedia teams to deliver integrated responses to briefs.
The role involves managing the OOH planning output for major clients such as Adidas, Richemont, JMPC, and SAS.
Reporting of the role
You will report to the OOH Director.

Measures of success
In three months:
* Build strong relationships internally with colleagues and clients.

In 12 months:
* Deliver content partnerships and support new business pitches.

Responsibilities of the role
* Deliver excellent OOH implementation planning.
* Contribute to connected multimedia responses.
* Maintain knowledge of industry tools and justify recommendations.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, media owners, and internal teams.
* Manage and mentor junior team members.
What you will need
The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and experienced in OOH management with strong strategic and client relationship skills. Essential qualities include excellent presentation skills, commercial acumen, calm decision-making under pressure, industry tool knowledge, and a collaborative mindset.
