Term time only post salary: £17,019 - £17,842 We are seeking to appoint a one to one teaching assistant in our Reception class to support one of our children. This is an exciting opportunity to join our happy and friendly team to: Support an individual child, sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day today basis to ensure access to a differentiated curriculum Be proactive and flexible in supporting the child’s needs Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets To support and maintain positive links between home and school To work collaboratively with external agencies to draw upon skills, knowledge and recommendations to help support the child To support the child’s personal care and needs The successful applicant will be required to work to meet the requirements set out in the pupil’s Education Health Care Plan.
