Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and mentor staff to deliver high-quality dementia care.
* Shape care plans and daily routines to empower resident independence and preserve dignity.
* Provide compassionate support to residents and collaborate with the team to maintain a positive care environment.

* A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
