The primary purpose of the Production Operator role is to facilitate and carry out activities in the preparation, manufacturing, and cleaning to support the production areas. Ensuring that products consistently comply with stringent laid down procedures in accordance with cGMP and Health and Safety regulations. This role will involve activity in other areas within the facility to support the business need. Key Accountabilities Production: To participate in the manufacturing process and preparation of equipment for production. Ensuring that products are manufactured observing Good Manufacturing Practices and behaviours. Records are completed correctly to show compliance with Company standards and Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practice Cleaning and Maintenance: To conduct routine activities required for the maintenance of production rooms, preparation, and cleaning of production areas to set standards Documentation: Completing the required paperwork to ensure compliance to Good Manufacturing Practice Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience: Quality focus with attention to detail Motivated team player Good communication skills Focus on delivery Keen to develop and improve Desirable Skills and Experience Previous operator experience in a similar environment Good understanding of food or pharmaceutical GMP Secondary education to include Maths, English and Science Training, development, and continuous improvement: Improvements are sought, evaluated, and implemented where necessary.
