Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, primarily based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with opportunities for remote work. The individual in this position will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, conducting training sessions, providing excellent customer service, and effectively promoting the university's programmes and services. Collaboration with internal teams and consistent market research to identify new opportunities will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with different stakeholders effectively.
* Proven experience in Sales, including the ability to strategise and meet or exceed set targets.
* Experience in conducting Training sessions to educate teams or clients on products and services.
* Skills in Sales Management to oversee accounts and ensure consistent business growth.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in digital tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work in both independent and team settings.
