A family ran, exclusively Building Surveying practice, are seeking a Chartered to Senior level Building Surveyor to join them remotely, in the Southwest of England region. Company profile With over 20 years’ of delivering services to their clients, this firm are known for their long-standing relationships and personal approach. They boast an interesting work portfolio, consisting of mainly high street retailers including Costa, EE and Toolstation. With short cycle projects up to £350k in value, working directly with the contractors to successfully get schemes over the line. The Building Surveyors role As the successful Building Surveyor, you’ll have an even split between projects up to £350k, and professional matters delivering dilapidations. You’ll work on schemes with at least one other team member, meeting them on site and supporting those more junior Surveyors in their own learning and development. Senior Surveyors coming on board will be required to manage key client accounts.
